🔹 Before training:
- Ensure enough free space around you.
- Use the Skate Spinner on a firm, smooth, flat, and clean surface (e.g., linoleum).
- It also works on low-pile carpet, but rotations will be slower.
- Place your foot on the widened section of the Skate Spinner.
🔄 Step-by-Step Guide:
1️⃣ Basic Position: Stand in a spin position on one foot and rock forward and backward.
2️⃣ Initiating Rotation: Stand with arms extended at shoulder level.Bend the supporting leg, extend the free leg to the side, and push off to start rotating.
3️⃣ Switch Sides: Repeat steps 1 & 2 on the other leg to train backward spins.
4️⃣ Full Spin: Once balanced, bring arms in to complete the spin.
5️⃣ Advanced Spins: Try sit spins, camel spins, and other variations.
6️⃣ Turns & Footwork: Train three-turns, double-three turns, and twizzles while maintaining proper posture.
